Qual era l'obiettivo dietro la collaborazione? We hired PurpleFire for CRO and specifically stated we wanted only a 4 month contract as that was all our budget would allow. This 4 month contract was agreed upon and the contract was signed. At the start of month 3 we asked about an exit strategy as, not only did our conversion rate NOT increase, our sales actually went down. They said we needed a 3 month cancellation notice! This company is beyond SHADY and you should avoid doing business with them at all costs Just google PurpleFire lawsuits
Cosa ti è piaciuto di più durante la tua collaborazione?Nothing. They caused a lot of frustration and anguish. Total waste of time and money.
Ci sono aree di miglioramento? They need to learn what integrity means. Maybe just start there and see where that goes
Qual era l'obiettivo dietro la collaborazione?Be careful with this company! They hire people from other countries illegally. I was part of a hiring process where they asked me to complete a challenge in 2 days, this is a scam, there is no such thing. The following day they said the search was called off. How convenient to them! They are unprofessional and they take advantage of people who really need to work.
Cosa ti è piaciuto di più durante la tua collaborazione? They take advantage of their employees and won't pay the taxes
Ci sono aree di miglioramento? They should hire people legally and they shouldn't be using these challenges to get new ideas for their clients. This is a form of work abuse.
Qual era l'obiettivo dietro la collaborazione?Establish a website to inform prospective customers about products and services, as well as to communicate brand strengths.
Cosa ti è piaciuto di più durante la tua collaborazione? This project was a success, and we are delighted with the outcome. It was a very collaborative process, so our team was able to build to their exact specifications. Our company has already received a strong, positive response from its target audience and beyond.
Ci sono aree di miglioramento?PurpleFire does a fantastic job so there is not much to say. No improvements are needed by me
